FoxDesk was born out of frustration with expensive, bloated helpdesk solutions. We needed something better, so we built it ourselves.

Our Story

FoxDesk was developed by AENZE, a digital studio that needed a robust ticketing and time-tracking system for managing client support requests. Over the past few years, we tried several helpdesk solutions, but none of them were good. They all had the same problems:

  • Expensive per-agent pricing that didn't scale with our team
  • Vendor lock-in with proprietary platforms
  • Unnecessary complexity and bloated features we'd never use
  • No control over our data or customization options

So we built FoxDesk for our own needs—a clean, fast, self-hosted helpdesk with integrated time tracking. Once we realized how well it solved our problems, we decided to open-source it so other teams could benefit from our work.

Today, FoxDesk is a fully-featured helpdesk system that anyone can download, install, and customize. No subscription fees. No per-agent charges. Just powerful, free software.
