Why is it completely free?
We built FoxDesk originally to solve our own agency's internal ticketing chaos. When we looked at the market, the tools were either ancient and clunky, or modern and insanely expensive. We open-sourced the project so IT teams and Freelancers can focus on solving problems, not paying software rent.
